We develop in-house simulation technology and software tools to support customers’ needs. As an example, our waterslide simulation tool calculates the position, velocity, and acceleration of the rider, presents the results on a CAD model, and identifies critical spots that present safety hazards to the rider. For example, in the figure shown below, there are seven spots (Points A to G) where the rider is too close to the edge of the flumes that raise the safety concerns. Our simulation software also suggests design improvement in the geometric shape of the slide to eliminate the safety concerns. Click (Waterslide Tech Briefing) to see a technical briefing.
